Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Infinity Developments handles personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
The only personal information this website asks for is what you choose to enter into the enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your organisation
- Your email address
- Your phone number (optional)
- The area of assistance you select
- The message you write
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this form. The form does not accept file uploads.
Why we collect it and what we do with it
We use this information solely to read your enquiry, respond to it, and discuss whether and how we might work together. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or rent your information.
How your enquiry reaches us
When you submit the form, the website sends the contents as an email to a private mailbox that we monitor. The email is sent through a third-party email delivery service on our behalf, and your email address is used as the reply address so we can respond to you. We do not publish a receiving email address on this website.
Spam protection
This site uses Google reCAPTCHA to distinguish genuine enquiries from automated submissions. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your device and sends it to Google for analysis. Your use of the form is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Booking a call
The booking links on this site take you to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Any information you enter when booking is collected by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and is shared with us so we can attend the meeting.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how people find and use this site — for example which pages are viewed and roughly where visitors are located. This uses cookies and similar identifiers. We do not use this data to identify individuals. reCAPTCHA also sets cookies as part of its spam analysis.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how the enquiry form behaves.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries in our mailbox and business records for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain a record of business correspondence, and we remove them when they are no longer needed.
Where your information is held
Enquiry emails are held in our business mailbox and website data is held on our hosting provider’s servers. Some of the third-party services described above may process information outside Australia.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Please make the request through the enquiry form on our home page and we will respond as soon as practical.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
